The Story So Far
2020–2022: The Beginning
What started as creative downtime during lockdown soon gained momentum. The first single, "Ravenstine", sold out its initial pressing of 500 CDs and led to the band signing with ROAR! Rock of Angels Records.
2023: Debut Album
The self-titled debut album, Ravenstine, was released in March 2023 and showcased a classic hard-rock sound influenced by the late '70s and early '80s, with tracks such as "Freedom Day" and "Blue Light."
2024: Expanding the Sound
In January 2024, Ravenstine released their second album, 2024, via Massacre Records. Recorded and mixed by Hanno Kerstan and John A.B.C. Smith, the album broadened the band's sonic palette with acoustic textures, darker lyrical themes, and arena-sized choruses.
2025 and Beyond
Live performances and festival appearances across Europe continue to build the band's reputation, combining tight musicianship with anthemic songwriting and a strong emotional connection with audiences.
2025 also saw the release of the first live album from Ravenstine. Simply entitled 'Live' it captures the band at their best; Raw and Loud! In order to preserve the uniqueness of the record as a collector's item for the fans, it was decided not to make a digital version available for streaming. The only way to hear it is on vinyl or cd.
There are no live shows in the works for most of 2026 as Ravenstine are hard at work on a brand new album but there are a couple of special gigs on the cards for October. See the live page for details.
